Can we convert .docx (Word document) OR .dotx (Word Template) format to .pdf by using PDFSharp and that pdf should be cmyk complaint.
Please provide details with example or code.

With PDFsharp you can convert any text (with Latin characters) to PDF.
Extracting text from DOCX or DOTX is beyond the scope of this library.
