How do I download transactions and statements?

In Westpac One® you can d ownload transactions or PDF statements for your credit card, home loan, transaction or savings account. You can then print these from your device.

To d ownload statements:

  1. From the accounts screen, select the account you want to download statements for
  2. On your computer select ‘ Download statements ’ or in the App select the top right 3 dots, then ‘Download statements’
  3. Enter the time frame for the statement period
  4. Click ‘ Viewstatements ’
  5. Select the statement to view and download.

To e xport transactions from your computer (not available in App) :

  1. From the accounts screen, select the account you want to export transactions for
  2. Select 'Export transactions'
  3. Enter the time frame for the transaction period
  4. Select the format of the file
  5. Click 'Export'
